The Workday HCM suite multi-year program was implemented across several processes in 9 core languages. I lead the change management side of the project. Including all aspects: 

• Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement 

• Communication 

• Training 

• Project Administration

First managing change and eventually owning the Employee Experience framework, I managed several teams and projects that focused on balances organizational strategy with our employee listening program.

Effectiveness programs come in all shapes and sizes. I've lead smaller trainings and teambuildings, leadership and team enablemes all the way to to my largest program which was tied to decision-making.

At Campbells, I lead the change project for integration of two companies into our existing Workday and payroll systems.
